Once your order has been submitted, our staff will email you with the date, time, and link for your appointment. You will receive an automated text message reminder 24 hours in advance.

At the time of your appointment, join the virtual waiting room. It is accessible via the link in the email and/or text message confirmation. Your provider will start the call.  

Sometimes it is not possible to perfectly match your scheduling request. If your scheduled time doesn’t work for you, let us know in advance to avoid a no-show fee.

If your doctor determines that a physical examination is necessary, based on your specific case, you may be advised to schedule a separate in-person appointment.
