Not covered by any of these plans? Contact us and we will find the best solution to suit you.

  • At your first visit, please bring your member card issued by your insurance company. We will make a copy of the card and place it in your medical file.

  • After your visit, we will give you the necessary claim form for you to sign, which we will submit on your behalf.

  • Fees not covered by your insurance policy are required to be paid at the time of service (i.e. excess, deductibles, co-pays).

  • Direct billing to insurance providers means you are only responsible for paying the portion of the invoice not covered by your policy.

  • In case the insurance company denies the claim, the patient will be responsible for paying the outstanding amount.

  • Existing patients who have plans with one of the insurers found here can bill their telemedicine consultations to their insurer.

While we accept insurance from many companies, we can not always direct bill for every policy. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Ilana Varga, our Insurance Manager, via email or by calling the clinic.
