As an alternative payment method, you can use PayPal, or bank transfer. Please get in touch with us for more information. After we receive the payment confirmation, we will send you the consultation link to see the doctor.

At the time of your appointment, you will need to go to firstmed.doxy.me (please arrive at least three minutes early), then need to choose your appointment type, enter your name, and allow your browser to use your microphone/webcam. That's it! Your doctor will initiate the call.

La tua visita ginecologica durerà 15 minuti e l'esame PAP test durerà pochi minuti.

La Dott.ssa Cento Ester è una specialista altamente qualificata in Ostetricia e Ginecologia, avendo conseguito la specializzazione presso la prestigiosa Università degli Studi di Perugia. Il suo impegno nel rimanere aggiornato con gli ultimi progressi nel settore sanitario è evidente attraverso la sua partecipazione attiva a vari programmi di formazione e innovazione.
Nel 2015 la Dott.ssa Ester ha ulteriormente approfondito le sue competenze completando il Master in Oncologia Ginecologica presso il rinomato Policlinico Universitario Gemelli. Questa qualifica aggiuntiva dimostra la sua dedizione nel fornire assistenza completa alle donne, soprattutto nel campo dei tumori ginecologici.

Domande e risposte
Quanto durano la consultazione e l'esame?
La durata della consulenza è di circa 15-20 minuti. L’esame PAP test è rapido e richiede solitamente pochi minuti.
Posso fare il test mentre ho il ciclo?
Puoi comunque sottoporsi al test durante il ciclo mestruale. Tuttavia, molti pazienti non si sentono a proprio agio nell'essere esaminati durante questo periodo.
Ci sono dei suggerimenti che dovrei seguire prima del mio appuntamento?
Evitare rapporti sessuali, lavande vaginali o utilizzare medicinali vaginali o schiume, creme o gelatine spermicide per due giorni prima di sottoporsi al Pap test, poiché questi potrebbero lavare via o oscurare le cellule anormali.
Perché dovrei eseguire il PAP test?
Un Pap test viene utilizzato per rilevare cellule cervicali anomale che potrebbero indicare il cancro cervicale.
Il Pap test viene solitamente eseguito in concomitanza con un esame pelvico. Nelle donne di età superiore ai 30 anni, il Pap test può essere combinato con un test per il papillomavirus umano (HPV), una comune infezione a trasmissione sessuale che può causare il cancro cervicale. In alcuni casi, al posto del Pap test può essere eseguito il test HPV.
